Lemon ice-cream tart with gingernut crust

And to follow, this delight! I have again jumped ahead, to the 12th December this time. I love this type of thing. It wasn't cloyingly sweet but the topping was just perfect with the base and you could pick out the lemon and orange zest flavours. We had this with a dessert wine.
