Roast leg of pork with onion and Marsala gravy

I made this for dinner for friends last night and unfortunately got too drunk to blog it! It was amazing - the pork was perfectly cooked (in a little less time than Nigel had estimated) and the crackling was sublime. The gravy was delicious too. I would make this again without a doubt. We've had gorgeous hot pork and gravy sandwiches today which were also a total winner and there's still some left for tomorrow. My photos are getting worse!
