Passion fruit roulade

I can think of no better way to spend a cold Saturday afternoon than baking a beautiful creation such as this.  My loved ones were appropriately appreciative of this afternoon treat which pleases me immensely. This totally completes December for me leaving me with just the hunt for cod's roe for taramasalata and loganberries for the warm summer compote.
