Smoked mackerel fishcakes

I really dislike the flavour of horseradish so decided to leave it out of these fishy cakes, but this could have been a mistake as flavour wise there wasn't a lot to these.  I love beetroot and smoked mackerel but think the potatoes subdued their individual flavours making it a comforting light meal, but no keeper!
