A stunning orange sorbet

Well, mine is not quite so stunning in look but is in taste. I don't own an ice cream maker and so wasn't sure what was going to happen here but it has worked out just fine with a bit of freezer action and a few stirs. A lovely flavour and very refreshing after the heat of the curry.
