Pork and lemon polpettine

Warning - I am about to go all Man V Food on yo ass! Man! The flavours in these beauties sang! The deep flavour of the minced pork, combined with saltiness of the anchovies and the sharp tang of fresh lemon, tempered with the herbs made these just about the best thing I've eaten in an age. A lovely surprise from Nigel. Plus, I am we'll aware they don't look much, but you know what? it's not all about the looks.
