Stir-fried mushrooms, spring leaves and lemon grass

As I said last week I love green food. I'm also a fan of mushrooms and of Chinese flavours so this worked for me. Followed up by a slice of yesterday's cake and there you have a perfect lunch!

  1. Nice recipe, I hope that you will share this here because I want to cook it. I think this is easy to cook because I have those ingredients that you used. I will try to add some recipe for stir fry sauce here and I hope that it will be perfect.
